The Kennels has a minimum stay of 2 nights, we are unable to do overnight bookings.

Payment is cash or card, we are unable to accept cheques.

We will never ask you for payment over the phone it will always be via a payment link to either your mobile number or email. 

There is no surcharge for Holiday periods. 

Fees are charged per day, pets collected on day of departure between 10.00am - 11.00am will not be charged a days fee. Pets collected after 11.00am will.

Dogs
Opening hours 

The Hotel is open: 

Monday - Saturday 10.00am5.00pm

However our pick up and drop of times are as followed -

Pick up - 10am-11am or 4pm-5pm 

Drop off - 11am-12pm or 4pm- 5pm

We are closed on Sundays. 

We are closed to the public but not pets from the 22nd December, up until the 29th. we will re-open on the 30th at 10am. we are also closed on the 31st of December up until the 1st of January. we will re-open on the 2nd at 10am. 

We are open all other times of the year, Except bank holidays.  

 

We strictly keep to our business hours and will not accept or release an animal outside of them. 

Vaccinations

All dogs must be vaccinated against Distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, canine parvovirus and any other relevant disease and although we do not insist on the Kennel Cough vaccine, we recommend it. If vaccinated against it, it should be done at least 2 weeks before admittance to the Hotel.

All cats should be vaccinated against Feline Enteritis and any other relevant disease. 

We will not accept any animal without a vaccination card shown on arrival and any animal showing signs of infectious disease or ill health will be turned away. 

Please make sure your pet is flea and wormed treated before their stay. Not just for our sake but the comfort of your pet too!

We welcome new clients to come along and meet us, ask any questions and have a look around via arranged appointment Monday - Saturday.

Please call to arrange a time. 

We are unable to do viewings on Sundays.

We strongly recommend viewing any boarding premises before booking your pet in!

Pet holiday check list

Up to date vaccination certificates 

Pets can't be boarded without them.

Your own food

Only if your pet is fussy, on a special or raw diet. plus feeding instructions.  

Medication

If your pet is on any medication, don't forget to bring plenty of it with you.

Toys

Always provided but favourite items from home are welcomed, it really helps them in to settle in. 

Collars and leads

Dogs are required to have a well fitting collar and dogs must have a lead. Don't forget any harnesses and haltis, please make sure these fit properly too.

 

Treats

Feel free to bring along any treats or snacks
