BOOKING/PAYMENT

All fees are payable to fir tree pet’s hotel, we accept payment by most major credit/debit cards and cash. We do not accept cheques

 

Your pet’s kennel/chalet will be available from 11:00am to 5:00pm on your arrival date until 11am of your departure date, Pets collected after 11am on departure date will be charged for a full day rate. We recommend pets are brought in as early as possible (11am) to help them settle and experience a full day with us. We do not allow you to come and walk your own pet whilst in our care as this may be unsettling for your pet and other pets in our care.

 

If pets are collected prior to the original departure date, you will be charged the full balance for the dates previously agreed on your booking form.

 

Pets can only be accepted between the hours of business. The hotel will not operate outside of business hours under any circumstances.

 

We ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. to secure your pets place at the hotel. The deposit will be deducted from your final payment.

 

VACCINATIONS

All dogs must be vaccinated against distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, canine parvovirus and any other relevant disease. Although we do not insist on the kennel cough vaccine, we recommend it. If vaccinated against kennel cough, it should be at least 2 weeks before entry to the hotel.

 

All cats should be vaccinated against feline enteritis and any other relevant disease.

 

Animals showing any sign of infectious disease will be turned away.

 

TEMPERAMENT/CONDITION

All animals must be fit, in good condition, and of pleasant temperament when arriving at Fir Tree Pets Hotel, in the unlikelihood your pet is aggressive towards our staff, we have the right to no longer handle your pet and/or ask you to remove them from the hotel however full payment will still be due. owners are liable for any damage occurred by their pets whilst staying at our hotel.

 

Whilst every care and attention is given to animals boarded at the hotel, they are boarded at the owners own risk, the management accept no liability for loss illness injury or death of any animal in our care. In the unlikely event of your pet falling ill, we reserve the right to contact a veterinary surgeon. All costs will be the responsibility of the pet’s owner. This will include any veterinary call out charges, transportation fees etc, it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure they have sufficient funds to cover this.

 

It is crucial that all dogs have a lead and collar that is secure and will not slip loose as well as an identification tag attached to their collar as required by law.

 

BELONGINGS 

The hotel accepts no responsibility for damage to personal items such as bedding toys and leads etc, we cannot guarantee that bedding will be returned in the same condition this includes cats arriving/leaving in damaged or broken carriers.
